By purchasing or booking our consulting and project management services, customers acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Service Delivery & Customer Responsibilities
ALHARETH INTERNATIONAL FZ-LLC provides project management consultancy services, not physical products. Every engagement is delivered according to the scope, schedule, and terms agreed with you in writing, and we keep you informed as work progresses. Our results depend on the quality of information and cooperation we receive, so we ask our clients to share accurate details and take part in each stage of delivery.
- Agreed scope and schedule. Services follow the scope, timeline, and deliverables set out in your engagement terms. Any change is confirmed with you before work continues.
- Accurate information. You provide complete and truthful project data, documents, and background, so our planning and reporting reflect your real situation.
- Timely decisions. Approvals, feedback, and access to stakeholders are provided within the timeframes agreed, so delivery is not held up.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our consultancy work begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed and payment is made. Because planning, scheduling, and oversight resources are committed at that point, the conditions below apply to every project management engagement with ALHARETH INTERNATIONAL FZ-LLC.
24-Hour Window
A refund or cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of payment, and only if the service has not yet started or been delivered.
No Refund After Completion
No refund or cancellation is available after the service has been completed, or after 24 hours from the time of payment, whichever occurs first.
Once Work Has Started
Once a consulting session, project assessment, or other agreed service has commenced with your consent, refunds may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment or requesting our consultancy services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Our terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates, and nothing in this document is intended to limit rights you already hold under those laws.
